Subject: comments to the detailed plan of the Park Cesanelli - Version 2009

The plan at issue in its complexity and organic, is undoubtedly an improvement over the rules, and hopefully can bring the realization of that park that the citizens of Senigallia expect a long time.

Inside we have identified some issues that from our point of view and are critical weaknesses in the structure of the plan and which should be reconsidered and modified.

ROAD '

The new organization of the viability of the sector is more appropriate and less impact than expected in the schedule above, even if they remain unconvincing and defending aspects of criticality.

L’assetto prospettato comporterebbe:

- la realizzazione di due incroci a raso a distanza di poche decine di metri uno dall’altro;

- la distruzione di due aree verdi consolidate con abbattimento di numerosi alberi di Platano e Tiglio di dimensioni importanti;

- la realizzazione di una nuova area verde, su fondo attualmente asfaltato, che comporterà notevoli costi di realizzazione ed occorreranno 30 anni per avere alberature come le attuali.

Sarebbe davvero singolare che come primo atto del nuovo Parco si provvedesse ad eliminare gli unici alberi di una certa dimensione currently exist.
